Under the patronage of the esteemed Dean of Al-Huda University College, Professor Dr. Omar Abdulkareem Jassim, the Dean’s Ramadan Football Championship, organized by the Student Activities Division, kicked off today, Monday, 2/3/2026, amid an enthusiastic sporting atmosphere and strong student attendance.
The opening match featured a competitive and exciting encounter between the team of the Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies and the team of the Department of Fuel and Energy Engineering Technologies. The match concluded with the Department of Electrical Engineering team winning 3–2 on penalties, following a strong and commendable performance from both teams.
This championship is part of the College’s efforts to support student activities and foster a spirit of fair competition and teamwork among students during the blessed month of Ramadan. ⚽
